PHOENICS Version: 3.1

A 3-dimensional CFD model was created to illustrate the transient tidal flow into, and out of a harbour. The simulation incorporated a compressible flow anology.
Pressure varied sinusoidally with time, based on the desired tidal range. The necessary transient pressure boundary condition were added as a PIL fragment in PHOENICS 3.1.
